    I recently completed a four-week Reiki healing journey with Beth, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. What happens in a session

Each session begins with a short check-in to understand how you’re feeling and what support you need. You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxed state while gentle energy healing techniques are used to support balance and flow.

Distance sessions follow the same intuitive process, with time to ground and integrate afterwards.
