Your Solar Plexus – What is it?
Think of this as your inner fire! Positioned just above your navel, here is where light shines from, your self confidence, self belief and your personal power all sits here. Picture a beautiful glowing yellow light to connect to this inner fire.
Connecting with your Solar Plexus
Place a hand on your Solar Plexus and see if you can breathe down into this area, giving your abdomen permission to soften, there is no need to hold this in or make yourself small. Feel your hand rise as your breathing gets deeper and imagine a glowing yellow light.
Sacred Cacao Ceremony
This month we joined together to connect with our beautiful inner lights. Sitting in circle with like-minded individuals is so powerful. We began by sharing sacred Golden Cacao, infused with Turmeric and Ginger food grade essential oils.
Sacred Sounds
The rain drummed overhead and the sheer power was breath-taking and it sounded incredible.
The lovely Lorraine joined us as a special guest and she shared a beautiful sound journey with us using Tibetan Bowls, Chimes and Tuning Forks. We lay alongside the roaring fire and let the sounds and the healing energy wash over us.
Soothing the Senses
We explored Bergamot, Ginger, Turmeric, Lemon and Lemongrass. I love hearing about the places our guests are transported to instantly as soon as they take the lid off the bottle and they breathe in the aroma. Our sense of smell is SO powerful!
Our guests used their intuition to note down their initial impressions on each oil before Jess and I shared our knowledge and experience about each oil.
Aromatic Anchoring
We then guided our guests in creating their own unique essential oil blends to take home a little piece of the stillness and calm we created in ceremony. A little bottle in your pocket to whisk you away to a more peaceful time, whenever you need it.

Each sacred ceremony we share ceremonial grade cacao and Certified Pure, Tested Grade essential oils and there is always space for journaling and reflection.
At our December ceremony we will be exploring our heart chakra and I’ll be teaching a simple hand massage technique. My intention is that you go forward and share this loving connection with those you care about. And in circle, everyone will receive a beautiful hand massage.
