Real Case Study: How Consistent Energy Healing Supported Deep Transformation

During my Professional Energy Healer training, I was required to complete 40 hours of case study work, it was so popular I actually completed over 80 hours with more than 20 clients. One of those clients, whom I will call Elliot, came to me after his mother experienced a profound shift in her own session.

Although he had never experienced energy healing before, he arrived open, curious, and willing to receive support. Elliot is a young man with a strict 5am fitness routine and a history of personal struggles. Beneath his discipline, he carried tension, stress, emotional armour, and difficulty switching off.

During that fourth session, I discovered that all of his chakras were already in balance. At that point we were not “repairing” anything, we were evolving his energy centres.

His experience showed something important:
